Birthright Citizenship


Birthright Citizenship is court created lie. If you're an illegal and have a baby on American soil, your child is not magically American. They are subject to the jurisdiction of a foreign government, as is the mother. 

The framers of the 14th Amendment knew this and found it obvious. The amendment was explicitly written to make citizens of freed slaves after the Civil War, not to create anchor babies.

In fact, the 14th Amendment didn't even make citizens of Native Americans, because they they owed allegiance to Tribal Nations. They didn't become citizens until the Indian Citizenship Act of 1924.

We should never reward breaking our laws with automatic America citizenship. It's well past time to set this right.

Fuck Speaker Mike Johnson

Since Mike Johnson became Speaker in Oct 2023, ALL major legislation in the House has passed with more Democrat than Republican votes.
