Enjoy Your New America

We are in the midst of the most catastrophic, nation-changing, society-unraveling, civilization-breaking, immigration crisis in history. The GOP should have nationalized the off-year election around this nightmare with the urgency of hellfire and harvested to the hilt. They did not.

Democrats have turned our cities into dystopias and have an endless slate of losing issues (open borders, transing children, freeing killers) but they have 5 big tactical edges: their donors and activists focus on process/mechanics not just candidates (eg ground game), they do not to immolate their resources in primary battles but are far more unified (from the base out), they raise more money (and use it more wisely—see 1), and they choose the terrain of ideological battle and hyper-focus and hyper-target what they consider to be their high-motivation issues with unrelenting intensity. Finally: their willingness to use power in all its dimensions to win.
